1. Who We Are
Genesyslabs (“Genesys Labs,” “we,” “us”) designs, builds and supports AI workstations, GPU servers, HPC clusters and AI infrastructure. We are based at 4th Cross Road, Panampillynagar, Kochi 682036, Kerala, India.
This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit genesyslabs.in, contact us, or buy from us. For this personal data we are the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. What We Collect
- Enquiry details: the name, mobile number, email address, company and message you send us through a form, by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Order and billing details: name, company, billing and delivery address, GSTIN and contact details needed to quote, invoice, deliver and support a system.
- Website data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and the link that brought you here, collected by our hosting provider and by the Meta Pixel described below.
- Support data: system logs and hardware metrics you share with us when we install, troubleshoot or maintain a system.
3. Why We Use It
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To deliver, install and support what you buy, and to issue GST invoices.
- To measure which of our advertisements bring visitors to the website (Meta Pixel).
- To keep the website secure and working, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
We process enquiry and order data because you provide it to us for that purpose, and website and advertising data on the basis of your consent where the law requires it. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to mail@genesyslabs.in; this does not affect processing already done.
4. Cookies and the Meta Pixel
Our pages use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms that records page views (and, on some pages, a click on our WhatsApp button) so we can see how our advertising performs. It sets cookies in your browser and sends this information to Meta. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or in your Meta ad preferences. We do not use the Meta Pixel to collect the contents of the forms you fill in.
5. Your Workloads Stay Yours
Any data, models or datasets processed on hardware we build or support remain under your control. We do not keep copies of client workloads and will never use your data to train models of our own.
6. Who We Share It With
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who run parts of our business for us: website hosting (Vercel), email and the records of enquiries sent through our website forms (Google Workspace: Gmail and Google Sheets), advertising measurement (Meta), and logistics and payment partners for orders. Some of them store data on servers outside India.
- Manufacturers and distributors, where needed to register a warranty or process a return for you.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
7. How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry data for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and order and invoice records for as long as tax and company law require. After that we delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; if a personal data breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
9. Your Rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
- give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete, update or erase your personal data;
- withdraw a consent you gave us;
- nominate a person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
Write to mail@genesyslabs.in or use our Contact page. We will respond within 30 days.
10. Grievances
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, email mail@genesyslabs.in with the subject “Data protection”, or write to us at 4th Cross Road, Panampillynagar, Kochi 682036, Kerala, India. If we do not resolve it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
11. Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will be shown on this page.
