Catch defects at the line, not at the customer.
Edge AI, GPU servers and engineering workstations for inspection, predictive maintenance, simulation and CAD.
The constraint
Cameras on a production line generate more video than a plant network should carry to a distant data centre, and a defect call is only useful if it lands before the part moves on. Plant floors also bring heat, dust and vibration that office hardware isn't built for. Inference belongs at the line; training and simulation belong in a rack nearby.
Workloads
Visual inspection
Run defect detection on camera streams at the line, with the decision made in the cell.
Predictive maintenance
Train models on vibration, temperature and current data to flag failing equipment before it stops the line.
Factory digital twins & simulation
Simulate layouts, robot cells and process changes before moving a single machine.
Engineering & CAD
Keep large product and plant assemblies responsive for design and tooling teams.

FAQs
Should inspection models run at the edge or in a data centre?
Run inference at the edge when decisions must keep pace with the line, or when the network can't carry every camera stream. Train and retrain centrally, where images from every line can be pooled. Most plants end up with both.
Can edge AI hardware survive a factory floor?
Line-side systems need cooling, dust protection and mounting suited to the site. We confirm the environmental rating against your plant conditions before we quote.
How much data do we need to train a defect model?
It depends on the defect types and how often they occur. Rare defects are the hard part, so teams often start with a small labelled set, add augmented images, and grow the set as the line runs. We plan data collection alongside the hardware.
Can you connect to our existing cameras and control systems?
Usually, yes. Inspection systems read from standard industrial cameras and can hand results to control and MES systems through standard interfaces. We confirm each integration during scoping, before we quote.
Show us the defect you keep missing. We'll design the system to catch it.
